Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and components to ensure a valid return.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
